unable to run Demo_TimeTrace.py

Hello Forum,
I installed snAPI per the instructions. For context, I am using Python 3.10. I then tried to run ‘Demo_TimeTrace.py’ and got the following error message:

I can't quite parse this error message. Could it be that snAPI and the dlls have been installed in the wrong place? Any advice would be appreciated.
