  2. feat: implement model swapping functionality for backend processing 

    - Added MODEL_SWAPS configuration to enable bidirectional model ID mapping.
- Updated getDisplayModel function to handle swapped model IDs for client display.
- Introduced getBackendModelId function to retrieve the actual backend model ID based on client input.
- Modified chat completion handler to utilize the new model swapping logic, logging any swaps made.
- Enhanced non-stream translation to apply model swapping before processing model names.
