Allow to change models for Custom agents inside Agent Plugin

Agents with user-invocable: false are meant to be called only by the Orchestrator or main agent. Right now we can edit the Orchestrator agents via the edit option, but worker agents marked user-invocable: false are not available for editing. We need a way to support editing those worker agents too.
