AI Investment Skills:

• Options flow scanner — sector ETF P/C anomaly detection with volume quality filtering
• Price monitor — stop-loss/take-profit with Telegram alerts, market hours aware
• Daily AI briefing

The signal quality problem:
XLI P/C hit 5.32 (normal: 0.5–1.2). Raw data: 98% of volume was $0.01 CEG lottery calls. Raw P/C = "neutral." Filtered P/C = "extremely bearish." A copilot working with unfiltered financial data would reach the wrong conclusion.
