Commit Notifications

We have several github actions which work on: push and comment on individual commits. Subsequently notifications are very noisy across both the github.com notification UI and our slack integration for what is a noisy channel.

Is there a way to better filter these notifications? I only ever want to see these particular notifications in the context of a PR's activity log which contextualises the commit.
