Can't delegate to agent from TODO lightbulb

• ❓ I'm getting command 'issue.startCodingAgentFromTodo' not found. I wonder if this is a carry-over from bringing coding agent functionality from GHPR into the chat extension?

I'm running into this too. I see the issue.startCodingAgentFromTodo command removed from GitHub Pull Requests in microsoft/vscode-pull-request-github#8382. It looks like the quick fix listing was missed but is fixed on latest main: microsoft/vscode-pull-request-github#8497

What I don't know is where "delegate to agent" has moved to. Would love to still be able to use that.

@bamurtaugh thank you. I'm able to manually prompt agents to address these. "Delegate to agent" is just a much more convenient option.

The documentation still suggests the "delegate to agent" action is provided by the GitHub Pull Requests extension, but the PRs above show that it has been removed.
