If you have a documentation set that is painful to maintain - duplicated troubleshooting steps, product names scattered across 50 files, or branching setup instructions - we want to help you adopt Docs Assembler without the upfront learning curve.

What we are offering: a "Docs Rescue" engagement

1. You send us one critical documentation path (e.g., "Onboarding new engineers" or "Emergency response procedure").
2. We rebuild it as a Docs Assembler project: maps, variables, reusable steps, and a working publish pipeline.
3. We deliver a Git repo you fully own. It publishes to GitHub Pages out of the box.
4. We do a 30-minute handoff call to show you how to edit it going forward.

What you pay: A fixed project fee (not hourly). No subscription. No lock-in.
What we get: A case study we can publish (with your approval) and a user who understands the tool.

Who this is for:

• Teams with Markdown files that constantly drift out of sync.
• Technical writers managing branching content (if X, do Y; if Z, do A).
• Open-source maintainers who want a maintainable alternative to wiki sprawl.

Who this is not for:

• Teams who need a SaaS platform (we are a VS Code extension + Git repo).
• Teams who want us to host or own the content (you own the repo; we don't host it).
