Disable notification indicator for work notifications

Hi!

Currently my notification indicator icon shows a blue dot if I have notifications from my organization's repository and if I click it I don't see any notifications because I have to sign in with single sign-on first.

I would like to have an option to disable the blue dot if I'm not logged in to my organization, since I can't or don't want to read these notifications anyways.

This change would increase work/life balance and mental health. It's Sunday and I would like to focus on my personal projects and this blue notification drives me nuts because I'm constantly reminded that there's something waiting for me tomorrow.

As a workaround I'll disable all notifications for my organization's repositories to not get any notifications in the first place, although I would like to have them during working hours.
