GitHub Organization with different copilot license types

Hello,

With in our organization we did Copilot Evaluation and the proposal is to assign Enterprise license to leads and rest of them will be assigned with business license.

All of us ( inclusive of leads ) are assigned to one Org - QA SDET

So can we have different license types under one github organization

 Org - QA SDET
                 x lead - enterprise license
                 x1 - business license

Please let me know if we can do this or else what would be the suggested approach in this scenario
