Github account suspended without any reason

Last day my github account got suspended on which I enabled Google Developer Student Pack . After enableing the on my github account , the account was suspended I don't know why because I didn't violet any github terms and Services I also raised request for reinstatement process and got ticket generated but I didn't receive any response yet from the github community It's been a almost month. I don't know what should I do as multiple projects are uploaded on that account which has a great portfolio for my resume from the placement perspective. I am becoming nervous day by day because I didn't get response from the github team. Today I created another account for uploading source code of Important project. The old account having great portfolio as well as Google Developer Student Pack . I am confused now what should I do.
