Run autosquash on PR code when merging

Hi,
currently reviewing PR the workflow that we are using is this one:

• a user creates a PR
• people suggest changes (also with the Propose Change Feature)
• Then the user has to rebase and push --force to incorporate the changes
  This breaks all the previous comments / code reviews as the commits as force push breaks the commit

There's an action here that should be incorporated in github https://github.com/13rac1/block-fixup-merge-action

• a user creates a PR
• people suggest changes (also with the Propose Change Feature)
• github/user creates commits with --fixup and put them on top of the branch
• when merging the PR github should run git rebase --autosquash to incorporate the fixup commits before submitting.

This will avoid having to force push to update a pr
The only issue that remains will be how to update commit messages with --fixup commits
