GraphQL - retrieve all repositories for an organization archived after a given date

I am very new to GraphQL, and looking to retrieve a list of all the repositories for an organization that were archived after a given date and the total count.

I have started with this query but I am not sure how to update it to:

• sort or filter by archivedAt
• print all of them, not just the first 100

Pretty sure I'm just missing something simple but I am struggling with the documentation; appreciate any help!

        repositories(first: 100, isArchived:true) {
            nodes {
                name
                archivedAt
            }
            totalCount
        }

}
