Hello. Please help me.
A month ago, I left a question with the GitHub support team regarding 2fa certification and received a ticket. But the answer to the question is so slow that I can't do anything. Do I have to wait a long time to hear back from the original GitHub support? How long do I have to wait? I'm waiting for your reply if you have any experience asking GitHub. Please help.

I lost both the authentication app and the recovery code. I need to delete my account, but I can't log in.

There is also a virtual assistant you can try using to recover your account without using the recovery key, e.g. using SMS instead.

Alternatively, you can dis-associate your email from your old account enabling you to create a new account with your email address.
