At this point you are likely not getting an answer from support. What is your question? |

Check out this page: https://docs.github.com/en/authentication/securing-your-account-with-two-factor-authentication-2fa/recovering-your-account-if-you-lose-your-2fa-credentials There is also a virtual assistant you can try using to recover your account without using the recovery key, e.g. using SMS instead. Alternatively, you can dis-associate your email from your old account enabling you to create a new account with your email address. This will not delete your own account, but may be the best option available if you can't recover: https://docs.github.com/en/account-and-profile/setting-up-and-managing-your-personal-account-on-github/managing-your-personal-account/unlinking-your-email-address-from-a-locked-account#unlinking-without-your-password |

Hello. Please help me.
A month ago, I left a question with the GitHub support team regarding 2fa certification and received a ticket. But the answer to the question is so slow that I can't do anything. Do I have to wait a long time to hear back from the original GitHub support? How long do I have to wait? I'm waiting for your reply if you have any experience asking GitHub. Please help.
