Didn't received GitHub Copilot Certificate after passing the exam.

I have completed passed my GitHub copilot certification exam on 13th Feb 2025, but I haven't received the certificate yet. I have checked credly as well it is not there as well. On GitHub Certification page it is showing last activity as Completed the exam on 13/02/2025. Can someone help me with this issue or assist me how can I raise a ticket for this issue.
