How to recover GitHub account without 2FA eg. recovery codes

I lost my access to this account https://github.com/nattapat-tatiyarat because this account has 2FA enabled but I lost my recovery codes and have no other 2FA methods.

I have requested reset the "nattapat-tatiyarat" account and it has been approved but I didn't click the "Complete account recovery" link within 72 hours. After that, I tried to request the reset 2FA account again but all options are unavailable (grey).

Is there any solution to recovery "nattapat-tatiyarat" account ?

Then wait for their email, which may take longer time maybe 1 or2 day, but will fix your problem.
