Stargazers with starred_at timestamp in REST API

I'm following this guide: https://docs.github.com/en/rest/activity/starring?apiVersion=2022-11-28#list-stargazers, to get the list of stargazers for a repo and I want to get the starred_at field. It seems, however, that even if I use -H "Accept: application/vnd.github+json", I always get the answer formatted as Example 1 (i.e. without starred_at). What do I need to get the answer with starred_at timestamp?

Also, it used to work for me before, did something change in the API?
