Looks like a bug or incident-worthy.
We are using webhooks to initiate self-hosted runners infrastructure. We've been using them for more than a year now without issues. For the last few weeks we've seen inconsistent behavior with our runners and after investigating we found that "some" webhooks aren't fired.
We have a custom GH action that creates a
Deployment, which should react on 2 separate components:on: deployment) that deploys our componentsThe event at (1) is clearly working, as github shows a "queued" job for the created
deployment, but the webhook is never fired, or at least it doesn't show in the "Recent deliveries" from Webhooks settings.I can't seem to find a proper way to report this issue directly to Github team, any help appreciated 🙏🏽
