We switched to merge queues, and one feature we need is the ability to merge a PR directly to the base branch without passing through the queue. I saw that there is a "Request a solo merge" permission. Based on the scarce documentation, this seems like the right approach allowing a PR to be merged directly.
However, I can't find anything else about this nothing in the UI or the CLI.
