There are some ways to do this. You can do it with a .pypirc file or with a yml file / toml file You can also upload it directly to PyPi.
In your home directory, create or edit the .pypirc file (~/.pypirc).
Go to GitHub Token Settings.
Use twine to upload your package:

Hi everyone,
I'm trying to publish my Python package using GitHub Package Registry, but I'm running into some issues and I'm not finding much clear documentation for Python packages on GitHub. I'm hoping someone can help me clarify the process or share any workarounds used.
