No suggestions if network was changed

Hello.
I use copilot on the my laptop. When my network changes copilot doesn't show any suggestions. For example, if I switches to other Wi-Fi, if I turn on/of Wi-Fi, if I turn on/off VPN.

But if I restart VS code app Copilot works again.
