Organization disappeared, GitHub not responding to support requests

Our organization disappeared on our free tier GH profile for Micron's CXL (@microncxl - AI datacenter memory expansion spec) department. It contained open source repos, releases, PR's and discussions that Micron's industry customers and others in the field use, including our customer applications and our linux kernel module.

We:

• Have raised three tickets between two GH accounts who were admins on the org
  • Have not heard back on the two tickets submitted by the org creator in over a week.
  • Were told in the third ticket created by a different admin account that the owner account "status changed" leading to the deletion of the org but that only the account owner can submit a ticket for it (exactly what the other two tickets are)
• Initiated the 30-day enterprise trial attempting to expedite support, but no luck finding out how to get ahold of any account manager
• Submitted a request to upgrade to enterprise to pay for support
  • Got an initial email asking for more info but they haven't responded to our reply in 7 days.

We are thinking GitHub is not the right place for us if large amounts of data and history can disappear without warning or notification, and we can't get anyone to respond about it, or even figure out how to pay to get it solved quickly.

Does anyone have any suggestions? We have no idea what triggered the org disappearing. What can we do to fix this?? Is GH the right place for us?
