Organization Name Unavailable After Deletion — Need Help Reclaiming "Echowrite-Blog"

I previously had a GitHub account (echowrite) and an organization (Echowrite-Blog). I deleted both, but now I want to reuse the organization name under my current account for the same project.

GitHub says the name isn’t available, even though the org and account were deleted. I submitted a support ticket over a week ago—no response yet.

Is there any way to reclaim a deleted organization name? This is blocking my project setup and branding.

GitHub doesn’t immediately release deleted organization names—they’re often held back for security reasons. Even if you deleted the org and account, the name might stay unavailable.
