When I open any issue or pull request on GitHub Mobile, it appears empty like this:

If I try to edit it, I see all the text in it. It just does not render it.

It has been going on for a few months. Before that, it used to work just fine.

I'm using the latest GitHub Mobile app (1.206.0) on Android 9 (LineageOS 16.0). I tried reinstalling and clearing cache, but that did not help.

In some sense, the issue is similar to https://github.com/orgs/community/discussions/84948, but it appears immediately without any edits.

I had the exact same issue. For anyone who has the same problem in the future, try restarting your phone, that solved it for me.
