Failed to update payment method

I recently updated my credit card before it expire. When I try to update my payment method, it failed.
The error message was as follows.

The credit card was declined by the payment processor, please verify the card's information. If the problem persists, please contact the card's issuer.

The card is valid because it works on other subscription service. According to payment declined #64103, The result was same on my other browser (chrome, firefox).

Same issue here, and my CI actions started failing because GH says I've got invalid payment info (even tho I don't exceed the maximum free CI usage!), I wanted to try Copilot's Claude 3.7, so I added my debit card (mercado pago, Argentina), it says its invalid, even tho it is a valid card and I can use it just fine for youtube.

This is a very annoying issue, and makes me nervous because $10 is a lot to pay for an Argentinian high-schooler.

It was a mistake to want to try copilot. Its disabled the actions at https://github.com/xplshn/dbin-metadata, which are ESSENTIAL to keep https://github.com/xplshn/dbin working!

This is ridiculous. I use the same card for all other services, but it is not working here. GitHub is refusing to accept payments.

I tried several other cards, but the same issue occurred!

I attempted the following:

1. Different browsers (for instance, Safari)
2. Different cards (but encountered the same issue)
