Subject: 500 Internal Server Error When Creating Pull Request

Description:

Hello GitHub Support Team,

I'm encountering a 500 Internal Server Error when attempting to create a pull request on a private repository under the organization MTN-Group.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigated to:
   https://github.com/MTN-Group/chenosis-digital-certificate-service/compare/main...development
2. Filled in the PR title and description fields.
3. Clicked on "Create pull request."
4. Redirected to a GitHub 500 error page.

Additional Notes:

• The repository is private.
• I have write access to the repository.
• I retried after refreshing the page, but the issue persists.
• The problem seems to occur at the moment the PR is submitted.

Could you please assist in resolving this or let me know if there's anything I can do on my end?
