I deleted my answer on discussion but it keeps showing on my profile

Recently I was opening my discussion feature on my repository called "Learnify". I'm trying to answer my own questions but deleted the answer and turned off the discussion. But what annoys me is that my answered status is not deleted in my profile, do you guys have any tutorials on how to turn off this? because it annoys me so much!
