Dear Github Community,

My friend github account LibraHp was suspended about several weeks ago without any prior warning or explanation. There are many useful repositories in this account, which are related to our team work. We really need help from community or advice from anyone who has been in a similar situation.

Thanks in advance, we are waiting for a meaningful response from support.

There are some explanation about the situation as follow:

The situation

• Account username: LibraHp
• Suspended approximately several weeks ago
• Error message: "Account suspended. Access to your account has been suspended due to a violation of our Terms of Service."
• No specific information about which terms were allegedly violated.
• We have submitted a support ticket (#3345208) but only received an automated response
  

The importance of this account for us

As a freelance developer, the GitHub account is essential for my friend and our team. There are some repositories that we spend much time to develop project on it. We are really need get this account back.

Has anyone experienced something similar? Did you eventually get your account back? Please tell me how to get the account back if you did it. We are willing to do whatever is needed to resolve this problem

We have got our account LibraHp, but we still can not use this URL(https://github.com/LibraHp/) to access this account profile (including all repositories in this account). Can you please tell us how can we do make this our account profile and our repositories be accessed.

I'm experiencing a very similar issue. My account has also been restricted, and despite opening a support ticket (#3352444) on April 21st (over a month ago), I haven't received any response or update. I also started a discussion thread (#160383) about it.

It's really frustrating to be left without any communication after such a long time, especially when an account restriction prevents us from using the platform.

I'm keen to know if anyone has found any effective actions or strategies that can help push these kinds of issues forward with GitHub Support. If there's anything that can be done to get attention to our open tickets and move towards a resolution sooner rather than later, I'd be very interested to hear about it. Hopefully, by sharing our similar experiences, we can bring more attention to this issue and get some much-needed assistance.
