notifications filter option for “actively participating”

I get a lot of notifications for PRs I've been added to as a reviewer usually because a team I'm in has been added. Since I only review a small subset of these PRs I would like an additional filter option that shows notifications only for PRs I have actively participated in via commenting or reviewing.

+1, this bothers me so much. I actually want a way to filter by comments specifically, but for some reason github counts an approving review with no text as a "comment" which makes no sense when you want to follow up on threads you've commented on
