I cannot seem to upload a filename to the assets section of a release without completely losing every non-ASCII letters in the file name.
For example, "Απόδειξη με έγγραφα-1.pdf" (Documentation.pdf) gets converted to "-1.pdf".
I also tried to upload the assets via CI with the softprops/action-gh-release@v1 action, but it didn't change anything.
Is there a still a way to support… unicode filenames now in 2025 in GitHub?
