Cloudflare Use API Token Errors

Good Evening,

I purchased a domain from cloudflare, coded a website in HTML/CSS/JS, and tried to upload the Cloudflare User API Token to my GitHub Workflow. I keep getting a failure message saying it is not working ("Failure" in "All Workflows" section).

I am able to get a netlify domain to work with the GitHub repository.
