I follow the developments of other developers with forks made in an open source project. However, I cannot check the changes in forks made under sub forks because I cannot create a PR request.

For example.

• main_repo:
  • sub_fork1:
    • sub_fork1_fork
  • me_fork:

I can't create a PR request between sub_fork1_fork and me_fork.
