Updates not showing on Github

I have Xcode set up for source control, connected to Xcode Cloud. I'm connected to Github and Github shows my project, but Github is not showing changes I make. I've spent a significant amount of time no troubleshooting and web searches, but no joy. Help please!

Had a similar issue when working with pearl lemon accountants internal tools turned out Xcode wasn’t pushing commits automatically. Check if yours are actually being committed and pushed.
