First and for most. GitHub fan boy here. Been using it exclusively for as long as I can remember and love everything about it.
Rewind 15+ years ago. I don't think GitHub had "Projects" and developers started using JIRA. Back then JIRA was simple and easy to use.
Fast forward to today, and we have Projects and JIRA has gotten so complex that it takes a PHD to learn it. And then if you witch companies you need to learn it again. We have some GitHub integrations that seem to work well, but I still have to context switch.
I would really love for Microsoft to figure out what Github Projects is missing and start a huge marketing campaign. Stop paying for JIRA when you already use Github.
