Hey @mrohan-sq 👋 As of now, GitHub doesn’t highlight which files have unresolved comments unless you specifically go to the “Files changed” tab and look for comment icons manually. Still, your suggestion makes a lot of sense - a visual indicator on files with comments would be super handy. Hope this helps - and +1 to making reviews smoother for everyone |

When I review PRs and leave comments on files, my workflow tends to be to mark the file as viewed before moving on. When I'm finished reviewing, all files are marked as viewed and collapsed. However, it would be great to be able to have an indicator on any file I've left comments on in order to be able to review my comments before submitting the review. I don't think there's a way to do this currently, but please advise if that's not the case and this feature already exists. Thanks!
