Code review comments should be visible in the latest code

Right now, the code review experience is really bad. Maybe I just do not use it the right way, but when I left some comment in the code, I want to see that comment in the latest code to be able to compare the latest changes to the changes that I requested. Right now, comments are marked as "outdated" and they are not visible in the latest code. How should I know that my comment was resolved properly? This really makes Github unusable for such an important thing as code reviews.
