It is in preview mode (i now) but I think someone should report it, it seems to have problems when editing files (.java-class), I have not been able to identify the problem, I have already tried to deactivate the forced http, I think it is a deeper conflict, I think that Java process eclipse.. uses the files and prevents other processes from editing / copilot, it opens automatically by offering you a preview of changes, just restarting the IDE sometimes fixes the access problem, it is random, it is likely that you have more details of the error from your side. I got the error thanks to the fact that I asked Copilot: Why can't you access the file to make edits?, Also, if you don't have the chat in full screen, even if Copilot can respond, the chat is cut off and you can't read anything anymore. probably already reported these things but I couldn't find it.

Thank you for reporting this issue to us. To help us better target the root cause, could you please provide the error log of this problem? It can be found in Eclipse -> Window -> Show View -> Error Log, then double click the related error log and copy the error call stack.

Mhhhh this is something i'm not aware of, I don't think so. I've simply installed Copilot GitHub on my eclipse and then use it. Just tried to create another program locally on eclipse and it has been edited correctly. Then I created an include on the same program but this time from the GUI and tried to add some lines from Copilot, and it made it successfully.

The problem on my include, still persist. I'm attaching what I see:
