各位好，我这里在使用copilot插件时遇到了问题。visual studio code上面的copilot插件好像用不了，当我一开始打开它的时候，它会显示第一张图片：copilot没能做好准备。然后当我点击刷新的时候，它会显示第二张图片，让我选择sign in to GHE.com或者
sign in with a Github.com account，当我点击sign in with a Github.com account的时候一直没反应，点击下方会显示第四张图片you are not signed into Github.点击蓝色的sign in也是什么反应都没有。点击sign in to GHE.com的的时候，它只会在上面显示一个What's your GHE.com instance?但是我不知道这是什么，之后该怎么操作。如第三张图所示。

Hello,I'm having trouble using the copilot plugin here.The Copilot plugin on Visual Studio Code doesn't work.When I first open it, it displays the first image: Copilot was not ready.Then, when I click refresh, it displays the second image, prompting me to choose between sign in to GHE.com or
sign in with a GitHub.com account. When I click “sign in with a GitHub.com account,” there is no response. When I click the button below,it shows: “You are not signed into GitHub.” Clicking the blue “sign in” button also gets no response. When I click “sign in to GHE.com,” it only displays “What's your GHE.com instance?” above, but I don't know what this means and how to proceed. As shown in the third image.
