Since you did not authorize the charges and GitHub has not responded to your repeated support requests, contact your bank or credit card provider immediately and initiate a chargeback or dispute for the unauthorized monthly Copilot charges. |

Hi @FaisalRana, I'm really sorry to hear about your experience — that sounds incredibly frustrating, especially considering the medical circumstances. While this forum is mostly community-driven and not monitored directly by GitHub billing support, here’s what I recommend: ✅ Steps You Can Take: Tag GitHub Support on X (formerly Twitter): Check Email Spam/Junk Folders: Request Chargebacks via Bank (if needed): |

Ticket #3349078 remains open with no response from GitHub billing. I cancelled my copilot in Oct 2023 but was continued to be charged all the way into 2025 monthly. I've filed a ticket once already and updated it regularly. No response of any kind has been received and I did not use copilot during this time. I was in medical treatment and did not have access to my accounts including my banking emails or GitHub. How can I get a response or a refund from GitHub. This is an important matter to me.
