Reason: You likely never had a Copilot Pro subscription before, so GitHub can't “reactivate” it.

Fix:

Click “Upgrade now” instead of looking for a reactivation option.

Ensure you're logged into the correct GitHub account.

Visit https://github.com/features/copilot directly and start a new subscription.

Add a valid payment method under GitHub Billing Settings.

Extra Tip: Try in Incognito mode or a different browser if issues persist.

Same Issue I have a pro sub, and cant upgrade to Pro+, there is no clear upgrade route please this is costing us time and you money
