make sure the github account what has the pro sub, is the one logged in on vscode and copliot on vscode. Then try closing and re-opening vscode. Also there are daily consecutive limits so try to not send requests rapidly for a long period of time |

I don't know if this is a recent change or not but with a pro subscription you get 300 premium requests a month- which seem to be all (yes including gpt 4o - eventhough it looks otherwise) but gpt 4.1. At least that's what it says here: I think that's what's happening here. |

I activated github copilot pro subscription but syill i get this in vs code
