copilot purchase didn't work

I purchased the github copilot and money was deducted from my account but it keeps saying me purchase successful but they have an error n

@niranjansah87 Same happened with me. I purchased the Copilot Pro from github app the payment completed, but the service was not activated I have raised a ticket, but they are not responding. I guess 10$ wasted, I have tried everything on my end nothing works, previously I have purchased through card and didn't use the service for a couple of months and payment got auto declined, then purchased through app and this happened, is there any chance they will respond on the ticket I have raised?

I have the same problem. I purchased the Copilot Pro plan on Apple Store. The transaction was successful and my money was taken, but the Copilot Pro service was never activated. I tried to restore the purchase within the GitHub app, but onlt received a notification "You are already eligible for a free plan". Is it the free plan that blocks the activation? Ridiculous. I requested a refund with the Apple Store but the request was declined.
