I'm working on a simple GH action workflow, that is meant to run only when specific branches matching a pattern are the target branch. To test this, I have a PR with the target branch I need for this to run (PR 1) and a PR against my main branch (PR 2). Both of these PRs have the same source branch.
My problem is PR 2 is running the action as if it were running on PR1. I have confirmed this by adding debug statements, and it clearly thinks it's running on PR 1.
This is a private repo I'm working in, but happy to share code as needed.
