Links in markdown headers aren't underlined
i would have expected them to be underlined just like any other link

for a real example, I first noticed it in the yt-dlp PR template

this isn't a huge issue (for me at least) but i thought i'd point it out

primarily Firefox 140.0.2 on Linux Mint 21 (= Ubuntu 22.04)
but i also see this on Chrome 138 on Windows 10
