It is been 5 days we have opened a ticket based Github Copilot Pro+ issues and still didint gets response from Team!
We need immediate help!
Issues is that on Premium requests usage still shows 98.7% even after payment! that didinet resets after payment! as github copilot promises ( Please note that there may be a delay in the displayed usage percentage. The premium request entitlement for your plan will reset at the start of next month. You can enable additional premium requests in the Billing settings. )
Where do we can make this tickets issues faster response?
Will we really get answer?
Why tooks significant time for single ticket?
