Hola a toda la comunidad y equipo de GitHub,

Espero que me puedan orientar. El pasado 19 de julio de 2025 realicé el pago para la suscripción de GitHub Copilot Pro, pero a día de hoy, 5 de agosto de 2025, el servicio todavía no se ha activado en mi cuenta.

Ya he realizado las siguientes verificaciones:

• El cobro fue procesado correctamente por mi banco.
• Estoy intentando usar Copilot con la cuenta de GitHub correcta.
• En mi panel de "Billing and plans", Copilot no aparece como activo.

Hace más de una semana abrí una solicitud de soporte oficial, pero lamentablemente no he recibido ninguna respuesta.

Entiendo que pueden haber retrasos, pero han pasado más de dos semanas y necesito esta herramienta para mi trabajo diario. ¿Hay algún moderador o miembro del equipo que pueda ayudarme a escalar este caso o darme visibilidad sobre qué está ocurriendo?
