I would like a user preference to always disable the automatic "hidden items" collapse in long issue discussion threads.
When "Load more" is selected, it will often scroll me to the end of the discussion, making it difficult to figure out where I had stopped reading. Occasionally, if only a few items were hidden, they expand in-place. I haven't really figured out the logic. Maybe it's browser-dependent.
Anyway, simply put, I don't personally ever want parts of a discussion randomly omitted.
