Actions Runner
Discussion Details
Problem summary:
A workflow run has been stuck in a "in-progress" state for many hours.
All jobs and steps appear to be completed in the UI, but the workflow itself does not finish.
Clicking the "Cancel workflow" button results in an error page.
I also tried to use the GitHub CLI to call the 'force-cancel' API endpoint directly, but it failed with an "HTTP 502 Server Error".
Stopping our self-hosted runner does not change the workflow status on GitHub.
Request:
It seems the workflow is in an unrecoverable state on the GitHub platform. Could you please investigate and manually terminate this workflow run from your end?
