Hi everyone,

I add the my application with full details but it is not still approved , can i get the why is it?

check your email there will be a mail from github regarding your application rejection reason in details

Hey @ThisaruDissanayake,
If you go to your application status it will tell you why you've been rejected, alternatively as @lavish112000 mentioned you can check your emails. If there is no clear reason, you can also contact GitHub support.
Some ways that can help you get approved:

• Fill out all your profiles billing details
• Make sure your profile details matches document details, i.e. name, etc
• Make sure you are uploading quality images
• You have to be close to the location of your campus as well

Has anyone seen a way to upload documents, not just take a picture? The quality of the image always appears terrible. The reasons for rejection I keep getting are the billing info not matching, expect it is identical to all documentation (including full middle name) and not having a complete profile with full name, except that is the same. I'm stumped.

@jonathanbriehl Are you at the same location as your college or school is while applying you need to be at Campus location for successful completion considering the fact that all details are correctly filled.
And don't worry about the image quality, during the verification mostly it gets accepted even with low quality photo
