Developer pack offers not activated

Hi everyone,

Hi everyone,

I verified my student status using my university email (edu) and completed the application for the Student Developer Pack. It’s been over 72 hours, but my education resources still aren’t activated.

I keep seeing the message:

“We're still processing your application. Once this is complete you will have access to the student developer pack offers.”

Has anyone else experienced this delay? Do I just need to wait longer, or is there something else I should do to move the process along?

Sometimes it takes up to a week for your benefits to come through, once they do you will see this on your profile:

If you still haven't received the benefits within a week then contact GitHub support.
So don't worry you will receive them soon.

The waiting time may vary depending on different factors, such as the volume of requests; it usually takes a few days, but sometimes it can take a little longer, even a couple of weeks.

You'll get a PRO badge on your profile once benefits become available:

Once available, you can claim your Copilot PRO offer on this signup link.

To redeem others benefits, go to the pack offers page, scroll down to the "All offers" section and select any offer that suits you.

In case you encounter a problem claiming any offer, I recommend you raise a ticket here, select "I am a verified student having trouble redeeming my Global Campus offers" and explain your issue.
