I am in China and I use a debit card, but it doesn't have a CVV code. So I used Google Pay to pay for a month's subscription from GitHub Mobile. After the payment was successfully deducted, GitHub showed that my purchase failed and asked me to restore the purchase. However, no matter what I did, it wouldn't work. I want they give me an explanation and help me restore the purchase or get a refund but
I send this work order five weeks ago and nobody reply me.They took my money but didn't respond to the support ticket. How can i get solution

Additionally, why am I restricted again just this month when I just reached the limit period, I opened the IDE for the first time this month

Hey @RaTaiHok,
Hopefully github support can reply to you soon, unfortunately as most people here are just regular users its unlikely that someone can fix your problem here. What I can recommend is try to contact support again or wait for a GitHub staff member to hopefully see this post.

Yeah, I've been submitting tickets to GitHub. I've submitted a total of three tickets over five weeks, but no matter how I submit them, I can't get a response. I'm a bit speechless.

Yeah, unfortunately its a hit or miss, sometimes they reply really quick, and sometimes not at all
